Field System presents KIT II
A celebration of contemporary Folk clothing.
KIT II is an exhibition of clothing and artifacts used for ritual, resistance, and reclamation. Featuring contemporary artists and makers, the show explores how what we make and wear can express identity, belief, and cultural belonging in the present day.
KIT II is hosted and curated by Field System, a gallery and shop on the edge of Dartmoor specialising in artworks and crafts that are inspired by folk cultures and the esoteric. The exhibition explores diverse folk identities and invites visitors to consider how clothing can signal cultural alignment, personal mythologies, acts of resistance and unity.
