Steve Turner is a traditional and contemporary folk musician, celebrated for his masterful concertina song accompaniments and one of the finest voices on the UK folk scene.
A gifted multi‑instrumentalist, he launched his solo career in 1980, releasing four albums by 1986. Now with ten albums to his name, including his latest, A Host of Furious Fancies – and collaborations with some of the UK’s leading folk musicians, he remains a compelling presence on stages across the UK and overseas.
