We’re heading into countdown phase! We’ve packed our toothbrushes, sun cream and holiday spirit and are getting set for our favourite seaside festival at The 65th Sidmouth Folk Festival kicking off next week from 2nd–9th August 2019.
Do come and join us for this year of many special anniversaries!
All-in-One season tickets are selling briskly, with the advantage of giving access to all festival events including the Ham Evening Concerts, and giving a discount on Pre-Festival events. Lindisfarne are now sold out, and Pre-Festival tickets for Ralph McTell are moving fast.
Book tickets to see Ralph here.
If you would like to pick and choose which Ham Evening Concerts you attend, go for a Week Ticket or a Weekend Ticket, which offers all the discount benefits of a Week Ticket, but is valid only from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th August. There are some brilliant evening shows in store at The Ham. From the amazing Anglo-Irish firebrands Flook to our Festival Patron’s Steve Knightley’s personal 50 Shades Of Sidmouth show and the much-anticipated Sidmouth debut of Richard Thompson’s Solo Acoustic Show – now close to be taking off-sale. See full evening concert line-up here.
And to squeeze every drop of festival spirit from your day, how about making a big night of it, heading up the hill to the roots dance party hub at The Bulverton? Expect wall-to-wall dancefloor-filling masters, you could take your pick from Skye’s incendiary Peatbog Faeries, funky Anglo-French groovers Topette!!, Blackbeard’s Tea Party’s 10th birthday takeover or young movers and shakers Sam Kelly & The Lost Boys…and, don’t forget to grab tickets fast for the fail-safe festival favourite, Seth Lakeman!
Book your tickets here.
Spooky Men’s Chorale is now off-sale. There may be some tickets available on the door, space permitting. All-In-One ticket buyers have priority over those paying on the door up to 7.50pm on the evening of the concert, when we release remaining tickets for sale.
So much to choose from….and along with your ticket to the festival delights, you get to soak up the festive spirit throughout town – with colourful dancing on the streets and music filling the air – plus all the benefits of a seaside holiday! Grab a ticket, grab an ice-cream and settle in for a great week at the 65th Sidmouth Folk Festival.
