Mikey Kenney is an original. A passionate and well-respected advocate for traditional music,a brilliant Liverpool-style fiddler drawing primarily on his native North West English and Irish heritage, but grounded in a present day, urban reality. He is a musician with wide-open horizons and insatiable curiosity for new possibilities. His 2019 album, The Reverie Road, hailed as ‘magical, medicinal music that defies labels and borders’ by the Liverpool Echo, showcased Mikey’s adventurous yet earth-bound songwriting.
